Zusammenfassung

KPMG sucht eine/n Berater/in für Digitale Transformation mit Fokus auf IT-Strategien, digitale Trends und Transformationsprojekte. Sie arbeiten eng mit Kundinnen und Kunden zusammen, um Strategien zu entwickeln, Projekte zu gestalten und digitale Lösungen zu implementieren.

Die Position bietet flexible Arbeitsmodelle (Hybrid) und die Möglichkeit, in einem dynamischen Team zu arbeiten, das Innovation vorantreibt.

Qualifikationen

• Master-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, IT, Informatik, Business Innovation oder Ähnliches.
• Erste Erfahrungen in Transformation/Digital Technology oder vergleichbarer Umgebung sind von Vorteil.
• Hohes Interesse an digitalen Trends und Technologien sowie Lernbereitschaft für neue Technologien.
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, z. B. Gestaltung einer neuen IT-Organisation, ist+von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Kunden von KPMG zu digitaler Technologie, IT und digitaler Strategie, Technologietransformation und Beschaffung, KI sowie Prozessautomatisierung beraten.
• Strategiekonzepte rund um IT-Strategien, Digitale Transformation, IT-Governance und IT-Betriebsmodell definieren.
• Unterstützung bei Aufbau und Durchführung von Projekten.
• Beitrag zur Erstellung und Erweiterung unserer KPMG-Lösungen im Bereich Digitale Transformation leisten.
• Mitarbeit in Geschäftsentwicklung; Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Management-Consulting-Teams.

Your contribution to KPMG

• Advise KPMG clients on digital technology, IT and digital strategy, technology transformation and sourcing, AI, and process automation and digitalization
• Define strategy concepts around IT Strategies, Digital Transformation, IT Governance and IT Operating Model, etc.
• Support project setup and execution
• Help in the creation and extension of our KPMG solutions around Digital Transformation
• Support in business development activities
• Benefit from the opportunity to participate in project-related work in another Management Consulting Team

This is what makes you successful

• Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Innovation or similar
• First experience in Transformation and/or Digital Technology or in a comparable environment is preferred
• A keen interest and knowledge of digital trends and technologies, combined with the desire to learn and adapt to emerging tech
• Experience in project management related to for example design of a new IT organization is a plus
• Teamwork, good project and client management skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in German and English, French is an advantage
• Willingness to travel
