Actalent in Solothurn, Switzerland is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate for a GMP-regulated environment. The role targets a junior QA professional with initial Quality Systems experience and a drive to develop further while collaborating with local and global stakeholders.

The position offers 80% workload (4 days/week) with a hybrid model (1 home office day). Contract until February 2027, with potential extension, and exposure to global quality processes.

Qualifikationen

• Initial QA experience in a GMP environment (2–3 years)
• Exposure to QMS processes: Deviations, Change Controls, CAPAs
• Experience with electronic quality systems (Veeva, Oracle) is advantageous
• Strong communication and ability to work with international stakeholders

Aufgaben

• Support a range of Quality Management System (QMS) activities
• Assist with audit and inspection readiness initiatives
• Support supplier and contractor onboarding processes
• Coordinate governance meetings, including scheduling, KPI tracking, and preparation of quality metrics
• Review GMP documentation, procedures, records, and logbooks
• Provide support for deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and vendor management activities
• Collaborate with local and global Quality Assurance teams as a key point of contact
• Support quality reporting and ensure timely follow-up of quality-related actions
