SOPHiA GENETICS in Rolle, Switzerland, seeks a Quality Associate on a temporary contract through 31/05/2027 to support NC, CAPA and CCP processes within the Quality team.

The role is hybrid and requires you to be in the Rolle office at least three days per week. You will manage NCs, drive CAPAs end-to-end, maintain audit-ready records in Veeva and Jira, and collaborate with Supply Chain, IT and Data Science to close actions on time.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with NC, CAPA and CCP
• Quality Control/QA experience in scientific/medical/pharma environment
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
• Experience with ticketing and document management tools (Veeva, JIRA)
• English fluency in written and spoken

Aufgaben

• Review open/historical NCs to close gaps and ensure audit readiness
• Manage CAPAs end-to-end from root cause analysis to implementation
• Support Change Control Process activities with proper assessment and documentation
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Data Science and IT to gather evidence and close actions on time
• Identify emerging non-conformities and recommend remediation
• Maintain accurate audit-ready records in Veeva and Jira
