Zusammenfassung

Panda International in Switzerland is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to develop technical concepts, advise internal customers on decision-making, and manage the execution of small- and medium-sized investment projects in a GMP environment.

You will handle detail engineering, feasibility studies, process calculations, plant optimisation, cost estimation, scheduling, and coordinate both internal and external engineering resources to support production and product launches.

Qualifikationen

• 3–10 years of professional experience in a GMP environment
• Experience managing projects CHF 10K–200K
• Demonstrated experience applying professional technical knowledge
• Strong project management, planning, and execution skills
• Experience with process engineering calculations and plant optimisation
• Experience with feasibility studies for new plants or rebuilds, including cost estimation and scheduling
• Ability to develop and evaluate technical solutions
• Experience procuring and organising internal/external resources
• Excellent leadership skills in a matrix organisation
• Advanced written and spoken English and German
• Experience coordinating internal and external engineering resources on medium-sized projects
• Strong solution-oriented approach
• Ability to understand complex technical and business contexts
• Motivated and proactive working style
