nemensis ag in the Greater Lucerne area seeks a Downstream Operations Associate Specialist (m/f/d) for a 12-month temporary assignment in GMP biopharma manufacturing. You will set up, run and troubleshoot downstream processes ensuring GMP alignment and EHS compliance.

You will draft and update SOPs and electronic master batch records, manage materials in SAP, and support continuous improvement with new technologies. On-call duties and occasional weekend work may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years pharma/biotech experience.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Experience in GMP environments preferred.
• Willingness for on-call/weekend work.

Aufgaben

• Set up, run and troubleshoot downstream processes in GMP.
• Uphold GMP and EHS standards in your area.
• Draft and update SOPs and electronic master batch records; review transfer docs.
• Manage materials using SAP ERP.
• Support continuous improvement and roll-out of new tech; include non-GMP runs and tests.
• Participate in sampling activities and on-call duties as needed.
