Qualifications

• Essential: university degree in communications or related field.

• Experience in global health or humanitarian settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure site functionality meets user needs.
• Develop and implement design elements and updates with a web vendor.
• Maintain the polio map and ensure WHO site content is current and well presented.
• Coordinate CMS enhancements and content strategies with Global Communications.
• Improve SEO and publish weekly polio case updates and programme headlines.
• Draft and edit news stories and other communication materials as needed.
