Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson, Zug, Switzerland, is seeking a Manager, External Warehousing Procurement to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for external warehousing. You will partner with cross-functional teams to meet cost, service and compliance goals, executing RFPs and negotiations.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and at least six years in logistics, procurement or sourcing, with strong leadership and English communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of six (6) years of related experience is required.
• Experience in Logistics, Procurement or Sourcing with warehousing/ transportation knowledge.
• Healthcare/logistics industry knowledge preferred.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in large matrix/virtual teams.
• Experience managing warehousing contracts with complex pricing models.
• Understanding of warehouse operations and cost drivers.
• Advanced analytical capabilities including financial modelling and should-cost analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and sourcing tools.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Execute end-to-end sourcing and RFP activities.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Apply standardized procurement practices across engagements.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations and Finance to align requirements and pricing.
• Own supplier performance management including KPIs and improvements.
• Drive visibility of sourcing pipeline, priorities and timelines.
• Deliver cost improvement projects and maintain reporting discipline.
• Maintain market intelligence and drive innovation across service and cost-to-serve.
• Apply standard sourcing and contracting templates, tools and governance.
• Identify risks and capacity gaps, supporting mitigation actions.
