Belimo Automation AG is seeking a Head of Group Treasury to lead and further develop the global treasury function. You will own liquidity planning, cash management, intercompany financing, and risk management across the Group, partnering with executives to shape financing, hedging, and treasury digitalization.

A strong track record in multinational treasury settings and fluency in English are essential, with German a plus.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
• Significant corporate treasury experience in a multinational with complex cash flows
• Experience in liquidity planning, cash management, pooling, and intercompany financing
• Strong English communication; German a plus
• Ability to lead and build relationships across the Group

Aufgaben

• Lead and continuously develop the Group Treasury function in line with Belimo values
• Establish reliable global liquidity planning and transparency across cash flows
• Further develop cash management, cash pooling, and intercompany financing structures
• Define and implement treasury policies, governance, and internal controls
• Lead financing activities and manage relationships with banks, investors, and rating agencies
• Define and oversee hedging strategies for FX and interest rate risks
