BELIMO Automation AG is seeking a Head of Group Treasury to shape and advance its global treasury function. You will own liquidity planning, cash management, financing, banking relationships, and risk management across the Group.

This hands-on leadership role requires deep technical treasury expertise and the ability to build trusted internal relationships and resilient structures worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• A professional treasury qualification and/or MBA is an advantage.
• Experience in corporate treasury within a multinational organization with complex cash flows and group structures.
• Practical expertise in liquidity planning, cash management, cash pooling, intercompany financing, and financial risk management.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholders across an international organization and with external partners.
• Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems, banking platforms, and IFRS implications.
• Confident English communication, written and spoken.

• Establish reliable global liquidity planning and provide transparency across the Group's cash flows.
• Develop cash management, cash pooling, and intercompany financing structures across markets and currencies.
• Define and implement treasury policies, governance frameworks, standards, and internal controls.
• Lead financing activities and manage relationships with banks, investors, and rating agencies.
• Define and oversee hedging strategies for FX, interest rates, and other treasury risks.
• Drive treasury digitalization, automation, and high-quality reporting.
• Advise Executive Management on strategic initiatives including M&A, investments, and financing projects.

Introduction

As Head of Group Treasury, you will shape and further develop Belimo's global Treasury function at an important stage of its growth. You will take ownership of liquidity planning, cash management, financing, banking relationships, and financial risk management across the Group. This is a hands-on leadership role for a treasury professional who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to understand complex cash flows, build trusted internal relationships, and establish structures that create resilience for Belimo worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously develop the Group Treasury function in alignment with BELIMO's values and leadership principles.
• Establish reliable global liquidity planning and create transparency across the Group's cash flows.
• Further develop cash management, cash pooling, and intercompany financing structures across key markets and currencies.
• Define and implement treasury policies, governance frameworks, standards, and internal controls.
• Lead financing activities and manage relationships with banks, investors, rating agencies, and other financing partners.
• Define and oversee hedging strategies for foreign exchange, interest rate, and other treasury-related risks.
• Drive treasury digitalization, automation, process improvements, and high-quality treasury reporting.
• Advise Executive Management and Group Finance on strategic initiatives, including M&A, investments, and financing projects.

Required Expertise

• You hold a university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A professional treasury qualification and/or MBA is an advantage.
• You bring substantial, relevant experience in corporate treasury, ideally gained in a multinational organization with complex international cash flows and group structures.
• You have practical expertise in liquidity planning, cash management, cash pooling, intercompany financing, and financial risk management.
• You have experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across an international organization, including finance teams, business leaders, subsidiaries, external partners, and financial institutions.
• You are familiar with Treasury Management Systems, banking platforms, treasury digitalization, and the treasury-related implications of IFRS.
• You communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing. is a strong plus and will help you build meaningful connections across Belimo.
• You are reliable, accountable, and pragmatic, with strong analytical skills and the confidence to make well-founded decisions.
• You are a credible and collaborative leader who builds trust, communicates complex topics clearly, and enjoys developing both people and structures.
