Zusammenfassung

IWC Schaffhausen invites you to join the Team Performance Training department for a 6‑month internship starting November 2026. You will engage in ad-hoc KPI analysis, prepare sales data for market coaching, and create and evolve coaching tools and digital training content.

You will also support virtual studio operations, organize HQ trainings, and assist the team with budgeting, reporting and project management tasks. English fluency is required.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality or similar.
• First experience in Sales / Retail / Marketing / Finance / Consulting is a plus.
• Team player with strong analytical and project management skills.
• Independent, dedicated and highly motivated with affinity for the brand and products.
• Proactive and flexible mindset with a hands-on attitude.
• Very strong digital tool knowledge; Excel and PowerPoint required; SAP knowledge is an asset.
• Fluent in English (excellent written and verbal communication) is a must; any other language is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Ad-hoc analysis of global commercial KPIs.
• Preparation and analysis of sales data for market coaching, market visits and executive management presentations.
• Creation and development of coaching and training tools, content, roadmaps, tracking, feedback coordination, etc.
• Support with creation of digital training content via our internal app and presentation content related to product, service and performance.
• Support virtual studio operation and creation of studio presentations.
• Organisation and coordination of large HQ trainings (approx. 2-3 trainings during internship).
• Support team with administration, budgeting, reporting, and new project management needs.
