Zusammenfassung

CSL Behring seeks an experienced planning professional in Bern, Switzerland to lead demand and site supply planning. You will align operations forecasts with sales, manage production planning in the system, and optimize inventory across the supply chain.

In this role, you will collaborate with Commercial teams, monitor KPIs, and support product launches and phase-outs while leveraging SAP and advanced planning tools to improve service levels.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in business, supply chain management or technical field relevant to CSL products.
• 7+ years' experience in supply and demand planning functions.
• APICS CPM certification preferred; SAP experience highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Support planning activities related to demand or site supply and global planning functions.
• Prepare operations forecast to align with sales forecast and manage demand/supply forecast for production planning in the system.
• Evaluate supply/demand imbalances and implement solutions with Commercial planners for product allocation.
• Monitor and report work in progress and finished goods inventory across the supply chain to optimize service levels.
• Coordinate supply for new product launches and phase-outs with Commercial Development and regional planners.
• Monitor KPIs to measure performance of planning and execution processes.
