Zusammenfassung

CSL Behring is seeking an experienced supply and demand planner to support planning activities for global operations in Bern, Switzerland. You will prepare and align forecasts with sales, manage production planning in computerized systems, and monitor inventory across the supply chain to optimize service levels.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in business or related field and 7+ years in planning, with preferred APICS/ CPM certification and SAP experience.

• Support planning activities related to demand or site supply and global planning.
• Prepare operations forecasts aligned with sales forecasts and manage forecasts for production planning in computerized systems.
• Evaluate supply/demand imbalances and implement solutions with commercial planners for product allocation.
• Monitor, manage and report WIP and finished goods inventories to optimize service levels.
• Coordinate supply for new product launches and phase-outs with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor KPIs to measure planning and execution performance.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting planning activities related to eitehr demand or site supply and global planning functions
• Prepares operations forecast to align with sales forecast and manages demand or supply forecast for production planning in computerized system
• Evaluates supply/demand imbalances and implements solutions working closely with Commercial planners regarding product allocation between markets
• Monitors, manages and reports work in process and finished goods inventory across the entire supply chain, optimizing inventory and service levels
• Manages coordination of supply for new product launches and product phase-outs, working closely with Commercial Development, regional demand planners and site planning
• Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance of planning and execution processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in business, supply chain management or technical field relevant to CSL products
• 7+ years' experience in supply and demand planning functions
• American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) Certification preferred; Certified Planning Management (CPM) preferred
• Proficiency in advanced supply chain systems /SAP applications
