Zusammenfassung

Accelleron is seeking a seasoned SAP MM Business Systems Analyst (m/f/d) for a 12‑month fixed‑term assignment based at the Baden, Switzerland headquarters. You will serve as the central interface between business functions, Power Users, and IT to ensure stable SAP MM operations, while driving data governance and process improvements.

You will own SAP MM tickets, coordinate end‑to‑end change requests, conduct functional/regression testing, and support S/4HANA and Ariba activities.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Information Systems, Analytics, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP MM experience in a global or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of S2P and SAP MM, including purchasing, goods receipt, inventory, and master data.
• Experience in SAP MM application support, diagnosing and resolving incidents.
• Experience in requirements analysis and end-to-end change request coordination.
• Hands-on testing, defect follow-up, and UAT.
• Strong knowledge of SAP interfaces and IDoc/EDI troubleshooting.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Experience with SAP ECC/R/3 and SAP S/4HANA; Ariba modules a plus.
• Fluent in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Maintain SAP MM processes across ordering, replenishment, inventory, and master data.
• Lead end-to-end SAP MM change requests with IT, Procurement, Planning, and Finance.
• Prepare functional and regression testing; validate data and document results.
• Troubleshoot SAP MM interface and IDoc errors; perform root-cause analysis.
• Support Growth initiatives by translating requirements into stable SAP MM solutions.
• Own improvement work packages, harmonizing S2P workflows and data governance.
• Analyze SAP MM data to identify gaps and drive pragmatic improvements.
• Create user guides and training materials; support UAT and rollout activities.
