Zusammenfassung

Accelleron seeks a highly motivated SAP MM Business Systems Analyst (m/f/d) for an 80-100% fixed-term role in Baden, Switzerland. You will bridge business functions, Power Users, and IT to maintain stable SAP MM operations while enabling growth, data governance, and S/4HANA/Ariba activities.

Based at our Baden HQ, you will own incident resolution, testing, data validation, and collaboration across divisions to optimize Source-to-Pay processes and master data integrity.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hands-on SAP MM experience in a global or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of S2P and SAP MM, including purchasing, goods receipt, inventory, and master data.
• Proven hands-on experience in SAP MM application support and incident resolution.
• Experience with requirements analysis and end-to-end change request coordination.
• Hands-on experience in testing, defect follow-up, and UAT.
• Fluent in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Secure operational continuity across SAP MM processes and resolve tickets/incidents.
• Coordinate SAP MM change requests end-to-end with IT, Procurement, Planning, and Finance.
• Prepare and execute functional and regression testing; validate data and track defects.
• Troubleshoot SAP MM interfaces and IDoc errors; escalate only when needed.
• Support Growth initiatives by translating requirements into scalable SAP MM solutions.
• Own improvement work packages like harmonising S2P workflows and data governance.
• Analyze SAP MM data, identify gaps, and drive improvements for reliability and scalability.
• Create user guides and train users; contribute to S/4HANA design and testing.
