NTT DATA Europe & Latam in Geneva seeks a Senior Project Manager - Salesforce to oversee a complex Salesforce implementation for a United Nations Agency. You will manage scope, time, and resources across multiple streams in an agile environment, ensuring risks, issues, and dependencies are controlled.

Qualifikationen

• First-level university degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Professional qualification or certification in project management methodologies such as PMI, Prince 2, Agile SCRUM and Salesforce certifications.
• Over 10 years of progressively responsible experience in IT solution design, development, administration, or support.
• 7 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and product leadership and digital transformation strategies.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage all aspects of project and engagement from planning, vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues.
• Manage day-to-day project activities and resources; chair the project management team meetings.
• Procure and secure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.
• Monitor, track, and control outcomes; resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
• Provide status reporting on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues; communicate across leadership.
• Engage with external stakeholders and internal sponsors; align with UN goals while applying industry best practices.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations for various audiences; provide executive communications.
