Job summary

UBS Group AG in Zurich offers a paid internship in Global Real Estate Portfolio Management. You will support portfolio strategy execution, build property-level cash flow and valuation models, and perform analyses to inform investment decisions.

You will collaborate with teams across EMEA, US and APAC, gaining exposure to multiple sectors and stages of the investment lifecycle. Start date: February 2027, 6-month program with mentorship and hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree.
• Graduated no more than 12 months ago (Bachelor's or Master's).
• GPA of 4.5 on the Swiss grading system.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical and financial foundation.

Responsibilities

• support Portfolio Managers in implementing strategies for direct real estate portfolios across the investment lifecycle, including asset management, repositioning, financing and dispositions
• develop and review property-level cash flow and valuation models, including key assumptions relating to leases, operating and capital expenditure, financing and exit values
• perform hold-versus-sell, valuation and sensitivity analyses and support portfolio-level cash flow and liquidity forecasting
• consolidate asset-level financial, operational and market information into portfolio analysis, investor and co-investor reporting, and decision materials for investment committees
