Sensirion is seeking a dynamic engineer to lead development initiatives from concept to market launch. You will own project scope, timelines, costs, risks and product quality, while guiding cross-disciplinary teams toward aligned decisions and high performance.

In this role you will balance structured planning with flexible execution, collaborating globally and shaping innovative gas sensing solutions for HVAC applications.

• Engineering or science background with solid R&D and industrialization experience.
• Strong ability to align development, operations, quality, and sales.
• Able to balance structured processes with flexibility in a dynamic setting.
