• Lead development programmes from concept through development, industrialisation and launch.
• Own project delivery, budget, technical risk and quality.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary specialists across R&D, engineering, manufacturing, quality and commercial functions.
• Translate HVAC application and customer requirements into clear development priorities.
• Support key technical and strategic decisions throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Identify project and technical risks early and drive mitigation measures.
• Create alignment between engineering teams, business stakeholders and customer requirements.
• Establish clear priorities and ensure projects progress against objectives.
