Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or healthcare field or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years pharmacovigilance experience with 1–2 years in team leadership.
• 3–5 years in quality/compliance or equivalent experience.
• Strong CAPA and RCA process knowledge.
• Familiarity with CFR/GVP and ICH guidelines.
• Proficient with safety databases and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and maintenance of quality compliance monitoring systems for PV operations.
• Oversee RCA and CAPA investigations with timely resolution and improvements.
• Oversee deviations, CAPAs, and RCA tracking tools and processes.
• Develop monthly/quarterly Compliance Management Reports.
• Lead global PV regulatory intelligence monitoring and dissemination.
• Support responses to Health Authority requests and audit readiness.
• Coordinate PV compliance meetings and provide subject-matter expertise.
• Train staff and manage resource allocation; ensure SOPs and templates exist.
