Michael Page is recruiting on behalf of a leading international engineering and technology company. The role focuses on supporting utility customers through software and infrastructure project implementations, ensuring successful delivery and value realization.

You will collaborate with sales, coordinate data integration, and provide training and technical support to end users. fluency in English and German is required, with experience in engineering or utilities advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent English and German language skills are required.
• Ability to interact confidently with customers and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Support utility customers throughout the implementation of software and infrastructure projects.
• Work closely with Sales teams to provide technical expertise during customer discussions and proposal preparation.
• Manage project execution to ensure scope, quality, timelines and customer expectations are met.
• Coordinate data integration and system configuration activities.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues encountered by customers.
• Deliver training, coaching and technical support to end users.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve solutions and processes.
• Contribute to the deployment of innovative technologies supporting modern electricity networks.
