Job summary

Holcim is seeking a Global Category Manager for Production Services to lead the strategy and execution of procurement across regions. You will drive supplier diversification, risk mitigation, and performance-based outcomes for maintenance, engineering, and related services.

The role requires 10+ years in strategic sourcing within heavy industry, with experience in CAPEX projects, and a track record of multimillion-euro savings. Hybrid work arrangement is available, with global travel understood.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree in procurement or related field and professional certifications.
• Experience leading strategic sourcing and category management across direct and indirect spend.
• Profound understanding of TCO-based evaluations and multi-country procurement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global category strategy for Production Services across regions.
• Manage supplier relationships and governance to ensure reliability and sustainability.
• Lead procurement transformation to standardize SoW and move to performance-based outcomes.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to optimize CAPEX and engineering services contracts.
