icebreaker is seeking a Global Product Developer to drive concept-to-goods execution, ensuring brand strategy and quality standards are met. The role requires translating creative concepts into technical specs, managing timetables, and coordinating across design, sourcing and manufacturing teams.

You will lead product tech packs, cost models, and PLM data management, while upholding sustainability and supplier collaboration as part of a global team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master in Product Development or related field.
• Experience with garment construction and product development.
• Experience with PLM and cost modeling in apparel.
• Experience in outdoor/sustainable apparel preferred.

Aufgaben

• Translate concepts into technical specs and production strategies.
• Prepare tech packs with material, sizing, construction and QA details.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, merchandising, sourcing and QC.
• Manage timelines for seasonal and non-seasonal products using agile methods.
• Maintain PLM data and provide timely product data updates.
