Schneider Electric is offering a VIE position in Switzerland to gain hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain within an international industrial environment. You will support strategic procurement and projects aimed at improving supplier performance, efficiency, digitalization, and readiness for SAP S/4HANA transformation.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in SCM, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• First experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, logistics, or project management.
• Interest in digital transformation and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment.
• Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support procurement and supply chain improvement initiatives focusing on cost competitiveness, supplier resilience, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in supplier digitalization projects, including the deployment of digital supply chain tools and processes.
• Contribute to supplier contract management activities and support preparation for the SAP S/4HANA migration.
• Analyze procurement and supply chain data to identify improvement opportunities in inventory, lead times, and supplier performance.
• Participate in supplier capacity and sourcing projects to strengthen supply continuity and flexibility.
• Support supply chain simplification initiatives and process optimization projects.
• Contribute to sustainability and compliance activities related to supplier and product regulations (REACH, RoHS, ESG requirements, etc.).
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and project follow-up materials for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance.
