Givaudan in Vernier, Switzerland, invites a Global Process Safety Manager to lead the PSM program across flavors and fragrances production and labs. You will drive policy, training, risk assessments and governance, reporting to the Global Process Safety Director and partnering with site leaders.

We seek a senior scientist with eight+ years in chemical process safety, strong cross‑functional leadership, and expertise in ATEX and SIS. Fluent in English with local language skills preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Eight+ years of experience in chemical process safety.
• Experience leading PSM in multicultural matrix environments.
• Knowledge of ATEX and Safety Instrumented Systems.
• Certificate in Process Safety Management such as CCPS or NEBOSH PSM preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and local language.

Aufgaben

• Lead the PSM system for the F&F business, ensuring compliance and dashboards.
• Lead process risk identification and assessments with Operations and Laboratories.
• Develop and deliver Process Safety Training and awareness programs.
• Collaborate with operations on plant design, equipment integrity and operation.
• Manage external process safety consultants.
