Zusammenfassung

Verisure is seeking a talented, dynamic and commercially minded Group Patent Counsel to support the Technology teams and business leaders in protecting and leveraging our IP portfolio. Based in Geneva, you will work within a fast-growing Legal team reporting to the Group IP Director.

You will lead invention harvesting, portfolio development, and IP strategy, collaborating with R&D, engineering, and procurement to drive value for the organization and its customers.

Qualifikationen

• The candidate must hold a patent attorney qualification (EP or equivalent).
• Fluency in English is required; other European languages are an asset.
• Experience advising business stakeholders and leading cross-functional collaboration is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage Verisure IP strategy and portfolios across technologies.
• Prepare, file, and prosecute patent, utility models, and registered designs with external counsel as appropriate.
• Provide freedom-to-operate analyses and IP risk assessments for R&D and business teams.
• Deliver IP trainings and governance improvements within the Group Legal function.
• Partner with Technology teams to protect innovations and enable sustainable business growth.
