• Define and own the organizational architecture for MEG Operations with clear roles and accountability.
• Architect a medical-specific operational framework distinct from drug development.
• Design adaptable operational frameworks for interventional and non-interventional studies.
• Identify talent gaps and partner with HR to elevate capability.
• Ensure the model scales with evolving medical portfolio.
