GxPeople Global is seeking a Director, Pre-Clinical Biological Sciences & Evidence Development to lead a multidisciplinary team and guide nonclinical evidence development across neuroscience, oral health, cardiovascular/cardiometabolic and pulmonary health. The role focuses on translating complex science into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders and governance groups.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in a relevant biological science.
• 12+ years' post-PhD experience in research or industry.
• Experience leading scientific programmes and strategy.
• Direct people-management experience.
• Ability to translate science for senior stakeholders.
• Experience in matrix R&D environments.

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of scientists.
• Define and guide nonclinical scientific and evidence-development strategies.
• Guide research addressing mechanisms, target validation and efficacy.
