Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a skilled professional to design, set up, and deliver hands-on educational experiences for dental implantology. You will collaborate with KOLs, product managers, events teams, and global logistics to ensure end-to-end quality across international courses and congresses.

The role requires a dentist or dental lab technician background with at least five years in implantology, strong teaching skills, and the ability to travel internationally up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Dentist or dental lab technician with hands-on clinical learning design experience.
• Experience designing and implementing hands-on workshops and training events.
• Strong ability to manage multiple workshops and projects.

Responsibilities

• Create practical, interactive hands-on learning experiences with expert speakers.
• Lead end-to-end management of training kits and course materials for workshops and congresses.
• Represent Straumann to diverse clinical audiences and build customer connections.
• Develop a pipeline of innovative training kits and enablers.
