ITech Consult AG is seeking a proactive Material Buyer based in Rotkreuz, working within the Global Instrumentation Network across multiple sites. You will manage end-to-end procurement for components, leveraging SAP ERP and iCollab, while driving 30% project-based improvements to streamline workflows and harmonize processes.

The role requires fluent English and German, strong stakeholder management, and a hands-on approach to maintain material availability and uninterrupted production.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant post-graduation work experience in procurement/supply chain (excluding internships, working student roles, or thesis work).
• Proven proficiency with SAP ERP (MM, PP, and Master Data) and a strong affinity for data-driven decision-making.
• Practical experience participating in or leading project-based initiatives.
• Business fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Exceptional stakeholder management, strong team spirit, structured work habits, and a systems-thinking mindset.

Aufgaben

• Order & Inventory Management: Process requisitions, place purchase orders globally, manage JIT processes, and oversee VMI.
• Delivery & Shortage Mitigation: Track open orders, monitor on-time deliveries, and escalate to prevent production interruptions.
• Supplier Relationship & Forecasting: Maintain supplier relationships, manage iCollab integration, and share forecasts with reviews.
• Financial & Data Accuracy: Verify invoices, resolve discrepancies, manage supplier complaints, and maintain SAP master data.
• Reporting & Onboarding: Generate reports on orders, supplier performance, and inventory; mentor junior buyers.
• Cross-Site Projects: Contribute to procurement and supply chain optimization initiatives.
• Workflow Optimization: Continuously refine workflows to improve quality and efficiency.
