Job summary

Ferag AG, a leading Swiss engineering group, seeks a Director Marketing & Communications to shape global market presence and lead international marketing. You report to the Head of Group Sales, head a small team, and drive campaigns, digital presence, and brand development across all channels.

You will partner with sales and technology groups to align marketing with business growth, manage a budget, and measure success.

Qualifications

• Higher professional education in marketing, communication, or business.
• Several years of leadership and management experience in B2B marketing of an internationally active industrial, mechanical engineering, or technology company.
• Proven success in developing international brand and communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global marketing and communication strategy.
• Plan the annual marketing roadmap with campaigns, priorities, budgets, and milestones.
• Lead the Ferag brand across all channels and ensure sales relevance.
