VF Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain FP&A – Global Adjustments to Standards to lead margin-related planning, forecasting, and governance from Stabio, Switzerland. You will partner across Brand Finance, Regional Finance, Supply Chain, and Product to ensure accurate margin assumptions and actionable insights.

You will drive quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans for gross margin drivers, including tariffs, duties, freight, and product costs, while mentoring

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years FP&A, finance, accounting, or supply chain finance experience with margin drivers.
• 3+ years of people leadership, project leadership, or cross-functional leadership.
• Strong understanding of P&L, gross margin, standard costing, accruals, reserves and reclasses.
• Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and executive storytelling.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability across functions.
• Experience with SAP, Hyperion, BPC, Power BI, Anaplan, AI-enabled analytics, or similar tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead global FP&A ownership for adjustments to margin across brands and regions.
• Develop a global framework for margin adjustment accounts and reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Product, Controllership, and Enterprise FP&A.
• Oversee analysis of tariffs, duties, inbound freight, logistics costs, overheads, and product costs.
• Translate margin movements into executive-ready insights and scenarios.
• Drive quarterly forecasts, annual budget, and long-range planning for margin activity.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and causes of margin variance with mitigation plans.
• Coach and develop global Analysts supporting AGM and improve analytical depth.
