Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years in FP&A, finance, accounting, or supply chain finance with margin drivers.
• 3+ years of people leadership or cross-functional leadership preferred.
• Strong P&L management, gross margin, standard costing, accruals, reserves, reclasses, variance analysis.
• Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, scenario analysis, executive storytelling.

Aufgaben

• Lead global FP&A ownership for margin adjustments across brands and regions.
• Develop a global framework for margin adjustment accounts and reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Product, and Controllership to align margin assumptions.
• Analyze tariffs, duties, inbound freight, overhead, and other gross margin impacts.
• Translate margin movements into executive-ready insights and scenarios.
• Drive quarterly forecasts, annual budget, long-range planning, and strategic inputs.
• Identify risks and opportunities and improve forecast accuracy.
• Coach Analysts supporting AGM and build capability in modelling and communication.
