Nestlé is seeking a Senior Acquisitions & Business Development Manager to shape and execute strategic corporate projects that grow the Nestlé Group. You will lead acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and other high-impact initiatives with strong governance and rigorous valuation.

You will work across zones, SBUs and CFOs to turn strategic opportunities into measurable global impact, coordinating internal specialists and external advisers as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions or leading complex projects in a multinational setting.
• Strong expertise in financial management, valuation, governance and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiations across functions and geographies.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Zones and Strategic Business Units to shape M&A strategies and evaluate opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end acquisition and divestment processes with governance and approvals.
• Assess financial, strategic and operational risks to strengthen decision-making and negotiation positions.
• Lead negotiations on transaction agreements to optimize value and manage risk for Nestlé.
• Provide timely information to senior management throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate internal specialists and external advisers to ensure timely completion of projects.
