Job summary

The Global Fund is seeking a Specialist, Laboratory Diagnostics, Equipment & Supplies to lead category strategies for HIV, TB and malaria related diagnostics and equipment. You will design global tenders, manage contracts and ensure supplier performance while aligning with demand forecasts and country needs.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health, science or business field.
• At least 10 years demonstrated experience in public/private health product sourcing.
• Extensive product category management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the designated product category strategy and global tendering.
• Manage operational implementation of category strategy, tender outcomes, contracts and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with Demand, Supply Planning and Forecasting teams for category forecasts.
• Guide selected Procurement Services Agencies in developing procurement strategies for designated categories.
