Qualifikationen

• Strong leadership and clear prioritisation in a global machining function.
• Deep expertise in machining, CAM, tooling, fixtures and standards.
• Strategic, analytical thinking linking cycle time to capacity and CAPEX.
• Ability to coordinate across CH/RO/MY with structured governance.
• Excellent English communication; German as an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead the central GIEPT machining team with priorities and succession planning.
• Functionally coordinate local machining counterparts in CH, RO and MY to ensure aligned execution, standards and escalation routines.
• Own and improve global CAM guidelines, machining standards, tooling, and golden process packages.
• Maintain controlled CAM systems, post-processors, program libraries and work instructions.
• Lead capacity release and optimization programs with clear gate criteria and documented decisions.
