Climeworks is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the global HSSE function and corporate facilities, ensuring a safe, compliant, and high‑performing culture across production sites, testing locations and the headquarters in Opfikon. This is a critical leadership role combining enterprise risk ownership with hands‑on operational execution.

You will drive HSSE strategy, oversee facilities operations, report to executives on LTIR/TRIR, and align safety with workplace execution while developing teams

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated senior leadership in HSSE and facilities management.
• Experience defining and implementing global HSSE strategy and standards.
• Proven ability to liaise with regulators and manage corporate facilities.

Aufgaben

• Define global HSSE strategy and standards across all locations.
• Own and improve safety programs across facilities, sites and HQ.
• Engage regulators and maintain strong relationships with authorities.
• Own executive reporting for safety performance (LTIR/TRIR).
• Provide strategic leadership in Facility Management at the HQ in Opfikon.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external site-related matters.
• Oversee financial and contractual management of HSE and facilities.
• Align HSSE standards with corporate workplace execution and develop teams.
