Job summary

International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Programme Officer for the Health Assessment Programme (HAP) to coordinate CPD initiatives and support continuous professional development across MHACs globally.

Under the supervision of the Programme Coordinator, you will design training plans, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with regional offices and experts to refine learning resources and guidance for HAP personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of professional experience in migration health or public health.
• Experience managing IOM Health Assessment Programmes or equivalent.
• Experience leading training, mentoring, and CPD initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CPD continuing professional development programmes for health officers and HAP personnel.
• Develop learning strategies, training plans, and professional development pathways.
• Coordinate webinars, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
• Develop and update training materials, guidance documents, and learning resources.
• Monitor participation and outcomes, and propose programme improvements.
• Maintain learning records and support global HAP monitoring.
