Zeppelin Group seeks a Head of Procurement Excellence to drive strategic development, standardization, and continuous improvement of procurement across the organization. The role focuses on purchasing strategy, governance, data-driven decision-making, and capability building.

You will lead the introduction and rollout of procurement systems, set standards, and push sustainable procurement aligned with ESG criteria. This is a global, cross-functional leadership opportunity with high visibility.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or equivalent.
• Extensive procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• Proven track record in purchasing strategy and governance.
• Experience leading global cross-functional projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Initial leadership experience preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and rollout of procurement systems (P2P, sourcing tools) globally.
• Define strategies and standards for efficient, transparent procurement.
• Drive sustainable procurement aligned with ESG and due diligence acts.
• Manage complex procurement projects and governance.
• Governance within global procurement network and data analytics.
• Document processes and establish global reporting standards.
• Develop KPI framework and dashboards for savings, ESG metrics.
