Job summary

Liebherr-International AG, based in Bulle, Switzerland, seeks a Head of Data Security to lead global data security strategy across IT, OT and cloud environments. You will direct the data security team, drive protection programs and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with cross-functional partners worldwide.

The role requires 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in leadership, strong DLP/PKI knowledge, and fluency in English; German/French are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity and 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Preferred: CISSP or CISM certificates.
• English required; German and French are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).

Responsibilities

• Oversees global data security strategy and implementation.
• Develop and enforce data protection strategies and DLP solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Governance, IT, Legal and business units.
• Manage incident response and data breach investigations.
• Lead awareness, training and global travel readiness.
