• Extensive senior executive experience in technology and engineering leadership at large, global organizations.
• Significant experience in reinsurance and financial services within regulated environments.
• Proven accountability for large technology organizations and portfolios.
• Experience end-to-end technology ownership with strategy, delivery and operations accountability.
• Strong track record of technology and organizational transformation.
• Experience modernizing engineering practices and platforms in global companies.
• Financial/vendor management, investment prioritization and cost optimization skills.
• Experience designing technology operating models and global delivery capabilities.
• Deep understanding of technology risk, regulatory compliance and resilience.
• Experience leading global teams and maintaining executive presence.

• Set the Digital & Technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Own the global strategy and multi-year technology roadmap for P&C Re.
• Translate priorities into investment plans and accountable outcomes.
• Lead modernization of the technology landscape while preserving value and stability.
• Strengthen engineering, architecture and delivery practices.
• Drive operating model transformation, including location strategy and partnerships.
• Champion data, analytics, automation and AI responsibly across the business.
• Partner with risk, governance and regulatory stakeholders to ensure compliance.
