Korean Re Switzerland AG, based in Zürich, is seeking an experienced IT Application and Data Manager to own the core reinsurance platform Synergy2, drive data reporting and automation, and partner with business stakeholders and vendors.

The role combines business understanding with technology and data expertise in a small, agile IT team, offering broad responsibility and opportunities to influence processes across underwriting, operations, finance and risk.

Qualifikationen

• University degree (MSc or BSc) in Information Systems or related field.
• Fluent English required.
• Korean language skills are a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of IT application management, BI, and data experience.

Aufgaben

• Own Synergy2 as product owner and manage backlogs, testing and improvements.
• Translate business requirements into practical technology solutions with vendors.
• Design and deliver business solutions, defining requirements, scope, priorities, and UAT.
• Lead IT projects from requirements through implementation and postdeployment support.
• Design and maintain data flows and integrations between systems and reporting tools.
• Ensure data quality and support quarterly/annual closes with accurate reporting.
