1MED SA is seeking a Group Legal Counsel to lead commercial and clinical contracting across Italy, France and Switzerland on a 24-hour-per-week basis. The role also supports corporate governance, employment matters and strategic initiatives, coordinating with external counsel where needed.

The position collaborates with Management, Finance, HR, Business Development and Operations to deliver timely legal guidance while prioritizing contract work and governance tasks according to business needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law; admitted to practice.
• 5–8+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in commercial contracting and corporate law.
• Experience in multinational and cross-border environments preferred.
• Healthcare, life sciences, pharma, CRO sector experience is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English; professional proficiency in Italian and English is required.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage MSAs, CTAs, NDAs and DPAs.
• Oversee contract lifecycle including amendments, renewals and tracking.
• Develop standard contract templates and best practices.
• Support corporate governance across Italy, France and Switzerland.
• Provide employment law support and HR-related documentation.
• Coordinate with external counsel and manage cross-border legal matters.
