Job summary

Energy infrastructure seeks a driven project leader to manage complex international GIS and substation projects from handover through engineering, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and delivery. You will supervise budgets, schedules and contracts while coordinating cross-functional teams globally.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, several years’ experience in a global industrial setting, and fluent English. An PM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering or related field.
• Several years of experience driving complex international projects in a global industrial environment.
• Experience in GIS, substations, power transmission or energy infrastructure is valued.
• Business and financial acumen managing budgets, schedules, risks and contracts.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in multicultural project environments.
• Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA or equivalent) is an advantage but not essential.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex international projects through the entire lifecycle from handover to delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, supply chain and service.
• Identify risks, opportunities and improvement initiatives and guide the team through change.
• Manage commercial aspects including contracts, claims, forecasting and financial performance.
• Support continuous improvement and mentoring within the organization.
