Hitachi Energy Ltd. invites qualified professionals to join the service team for worldwide GIS installations and on-site support. The role involves leading installation, maintenance and commissioning tasks, with extensive travel and collaboration across cross-cultural teams.

The ideal candidate has completed an apprenticeship in metal construction or electrical/automotive fields, with good German and English (B2). International assignments and a strong safety ethos are required.

Qualifikationen

• Apprenticeship completed in metal construction, electrical or automotive industry.
• Basic knowledge in electrical engineering is desirable; further training is an advantage.
• Experience in assembly and commissioning is an advantage.
• Very good German and good English; at least B2.

Aufgaben

• Manage multicultural construction sites worldwide for GIS and GIS-related systems.
• Ensure on-site installation, maintenance and repairs meet deadlines and local laws.
• Assure quality of work on site through QC and staff skills assessment.
• Conduct on-site product training during installation (optional).
• Coordinate local labor and control costs with project management.
• Report regularly on resources used and project progress.
• Contribute to process improvements and boost on-site efficiency.
