Avaloq, based in Switzerland, seeks a Head of FP&A and Controlling to shape our financial future. You will lead a 20+ country team, drive long-range planning, budgeting and controllership, and partner with the CFO to align finance with growth targets.

The role demands strategic modelling, robust reporting, cost control, and ERP modernization, while mentoring leaders across regions in a collaborative, flexible environment.

Qualifikationen

12+ years of senior finance experience, including 5+ years in FP&A and 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, and cost analysis expertise.
Strong proficiency with ERP systems, financial reporting software, and data visualisation tools.
Ability to set enterprise-level goals and strategies within complex environments.
