Zusammenfassung

Accelleron Industries is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support actuals, forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting across the Group. You will be the key user for a new FP&A software, shaping requirements, testing features and enabling scalable reporting and planning processes.

With 2–3 years in FP&A or related finance roles, you will analyze revenue and costs, prepare management reports, dashboards and ad hoc analyses, and collaborate with Controlling and division finance teams in a dynamic

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required.
• 2–3 years in FP&A, controlling, accounting, or related analytical role.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and deploy self-service reporting and data model analytics.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Aufgaben

• Support actuals analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting across the Group.
• Act as key user for the new FP&A software: requirements, testing, data validation, and reporting.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc financial analyses on revenue, costs, expenses and capex.
• Monitor variances versus plan and forecast, explain insights to management.
• Collaborate with Group Controlling and division finance teams to optimize planning workflows.
