Zusammenfassung

Accelleron is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support actuals, forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting within the Group. You will be a key user of the new FP&A software, translating requirements into practical system improvements and ensuring data quality and transparency across the Group.

You will collaborate with Group Controlling and division finance teams, driving automation, standardization and efficient reporting to enable informed decision making.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance; professional certification is a plus.
• 2–3 years of FP&A, controlling, accounting or related analytical finance experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate financial information clearly.

Aufgaben

• Support actuals analysis, forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting.
• Serve as key user of FP&A software; oversee requirements, testing and data validation.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc financial analyses of revenue, costs, expenses and capex.
• Monitor variances, provide insights for management, and support data-driven decision making.
• Maintain recurring FP&A reports and dashboards with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Controlling and division finance for planning workflows in the new tool.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve reporting steps and data quality.
• Support benchmarking, scenario analysis and financial modelling for reviews.
