Qualifikationen

• 10+ years proven experience in public relations or media relations in banking or wealth management
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred
• Strong judgment and analytical skills for risk assessment
• Exceptional written and verbal communications and strategic thinking
• Proven media relationships with key financial outlets
• Fluency in German and English required

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a comprehensive media strategy aligned with the Bank’s strategy
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with Swiss and international journalists and influencers
• Support financial communications around results, statements, and AGM activities
• Advise on issues management and act as primary spokesperson
• Oversee writing and approval of press releases, advisories, and talking points
• Lead and mentor an international Group Communications team across functions
• Oversee media monitoring and derive insights to inform strategy
