Job summary

Sportradar is seeking a Protective Services Lead to coordinate global Protective Services, including Executive Protection, Travel Risk Management, and Protective Intelligence. The role requires leading across security, risk, and operational functions to safeguard executives and critical business activities.

You will develop policies, playbooks, and training to elevate resilience, while ensuring compliance and discreet protection across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Experience in close protection for senior executives or high-profile principals.
• Background in military, law enforcement, or private executive protection environments.
• Extensive international travel experience and itinerary coordination.
• Defensive driving skills and secure transportation provisions.
• Knowledge of protective intelligence, threat assessment, and incident management.
• Ability to work independently under pressure with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee executive protection, travel, accommodation, transport, and event security.
• Develop travel security briefings, threat assessments, and protective guidance.
• Source and manage third-party protective services providers and vendors.
• Establish KPIs and quality measures for consistent service delivery.
• Coordinate protective services across security, risk, and operational functions globally.
• Prepare post-incident reviews and continuous improvement actions.
