Heraeus in Mendrisio, Switzerland, seeks a Sustainability Manager to lead reporting, regulatory compliance and data management on a global level.

You will develop and maintain sustainability indicators, ensure ESG reporting compliance (CSRD, LBMA related standards), coordinate data models, and act as central contact for audits.

Reporting to the Global Head of Sustainability, you will collaborate with internal teams to advance responsibility initiatives across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Completed university degree in economics, business administration, sustainability management, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in sustainability reporting, ESG, compliance, or data management.
• Deep knowledge of international ESG regulatory frameworks (CSRD, ISSB, OECD due diligence, LBMA, JRC).
• Excellent knowledge of ESG reporting standards and regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead and further develop global sustainability reporting.
• Ensure compliance with ESG and related regulatory obligations.
• Coordinate and maintain sustainability indicators, data models, and reporting systems.
• Prepare structured sustainability data with quality, traceability, and auditability.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into actionable plans.
• Serve as central contact for internal and external reviews, audits, and inquiries on sustainability reporting.
• Support Double Materiality assessments per CSRD and ESRS.
• Report to the Global Head of Sustainability and assist related functions with analyses and decision tools.
